Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide, as well as to Singapore and Hong Kong. For international shipping beyond these locations, please get in touch, we’re happy to assist with special requests.

Delivery timing
Due to our location in regional Tasmania, post is only dispatched twice a week so deliveries can take a little longer than expected.

Within Australia (Australia Post)
– Eastern States 5-10 days
– Tasmania 7 days
– All other States 14-20 days

Delivery Of Your Products

We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery (“Delivery”) requested by you within the estimated timeframe indicated by us when you place your Order.

Delivery time generally takes up to 10-15 days from the date your payment is received. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation.

It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, nor are we able to offer equivalent delivery options to locations that we do service. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated shipping times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please call our customer service team at +61 (03) 6394 7541 or contact us at cellar@smallwonderwines.com.au.

We will use every reasonable effort to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery time, however, we cannot absolutely guarantee firm Delivery dates or times.

Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on Delivery. You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it.
