Taste current releases from our Tamar and Coal River Valley vineyards, poured with insights into the fruit, the season and the decisions behind each wine, from our passionate team.
Our pop-up Cellar Door is open daily, 11am–5pm, until 31 August, when we close briefly to move into the new venue. From 18 September 2026, book a tasting in the new Cellar Door, or make an afternoon of it with lunch at the Restaurant.
Bookings recommended, walk-ins welcome when space allows.
Restaurant
Opening 18 September. Both menus below are available to book from that date forward.
Chef Konstantin Putkin's menu is built around Tasmania's finest local producers: seasonal, considered and closely connected to the wines.
Monday to Wednesday, our à la carte garden menu runs in the restaurant. Approachable and share-friendly, order as much or as little as you like.
Thursday to Sunday, the kitchen turns to our five-course tasting menu. Set and considered, built each day around what local growers and farm-gate producers have picked, with the option to pair it with our cool-climate wines, a considered international list or a signature cocktail.
Please note: from Thursday to Sunday, the garden menu is served out in the garden. Walk-in only and weather-dependent.

Winery

Go behind the scenes at our working winery. Our 45-minute winery tour takes you from arrival through to fermentation and bottling, letting you discover the detail that defines our wines.
From 18 September, you'll be able to add a meal to your tour. Choose from a guided tasting and our garden menu Monday to Wednesday, or the full experience of a tour, tasting and five-course menu Thursday to Sunday.
