Surrounded by tanks and barrels in our architecturally designed winery, it is a place to explore current releases, ask questions, and see the detail behind cool-climate Tasmanian wine.

We offer seated tastings in our working winery, surrounded by the tanks and barrels where our wines are made. Explore current releases from the Tamar and Coal River Valleys, with freshness, texture and detail shaped by each site.

Bookings are recommended. Walk-ins welcome when space allows.
