Membership & Deliveries

• Membership includes three shipments per year, with a minimum of 12 bottles every four months.
• Wines are personalised to member preferences, subject to availability and allocation.
• Delivery schedules are set within designated shipment windows based on the member's sign-up date and may be adjusted by Small Wonder where required.
• Members may skip one scheduled shipment per membership year.
• Skipping more than one shipment may result in the membership being paused or cancelled. In this case, members will transition to the Loyalty Program, with tier status based on current spend.

Dining Benefit

• Members receive 10% off restaurant and garden dining, capped at $40 per visit.
• Valid for dine-in only.
• To redeem this benefit, members must advise staff at the time of payment so the discount can be applied to the final bill.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

Shipping

• Complimentary shipping applies to orders of six bottles or more within Australia.
• Orders below this threshold will incur standard shipping rates.

Cellar Door Tastings

• Members enjoy complimentary tastings for themselves and one guest on each visit.
• Additional guests will be charged the standard tasting fee.
• Available during standard cellar door operating hours.

Winery Tour Experience

• Members receive one complimentary winery tour experience per year, for the member and up to three guests.
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability.

Event Benefits

• Members receive 15% off ticketed events.
• Discount applies to a maximum of two tickets per event (member plus one guest).
• Subject to availability and excludes private or third-party hosted events.

General

• Participation in the loyalty program requires an active subscription to Small Wonder email communications.
• Tier status and benefits are based on total spend over the previous 12 months, calculated on a rolling basis.

Tier Structure

• Three tiers apply: Meander, Roam, and Venture, based on annual spend.
• Tier benefits are unlocked progressively and apply only while the member remains within that tier.

Cellar Door Tastings Perks

• Meander: No complimentary tastings included.
• Roam: One complimentary tasting per year for the member and one guest.
• Venture: One complimentary tasting per year for the member and one guest.

Winery Tour Experiences

• Meander: No winery tour benefits included.
• Roam: Access to a 2-for-1 winery tour experience, once per year.
• Venture: One complimentary winery tour experience per year for the member and one guest.

• All benefits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Benefits are valid while you remain eligible for your current tier and do not carry over if your tier changes.
• Small Wonder reserves the right to amend benefits, inclusions, or terms at any time.
• Availability of experiences, events, and bookings is subject to capacity and operational requirements.
