By booking a Vin Explorer Winery Tour at Small Wonder Wines, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payment
• A minimum of two people is required to run the tour.
• All tours must be booked in advance through our website or cellar door.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a spot.
• Prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows or late arrivals will forfeit their booking without refund.

3. Tour Experience
• The tour runs for approximately 45 minutes and includes guided access to the winery and production areas.
• Wine tastings are included in the tour price, with responsible service of alcohol applied at all times.
• Guests should wear closed-toe shoes for safety reasons.

4. Age Restrictions & Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Guests must be 18 years or older to participate in wine tastings.
• Proof of age (ID) may be requested.
• Small Wonder Wines promotes responsible drinking—intoxicated guests may be refused service or participation in the tour.

5. Health & Safety
• The tour takes place in an active winery; guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
• Due to the nature of the environment, the tour is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for those with mobility concerns.
• Small Wonder Wines reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather or operational requirements.

7. Liability
• Guests participate at their own risk. Small Wonder Wines is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
